Problem:

Managing 10,000 guests arriving simultaneously usually leads to chaos, long queues, and frustrated VIPs.

Solution:

We simplified the journey. Guests received a personal QR code via WhatsApp or Email. Upon arrival, a quick 1-second scan completed their check-in and instantly updated the Digital Lucky Draw pool—ensuring only those physically present could win.

Result:

We achieved zero queues at the entrance. Organizers had real-time data on exactly who was in the room, and the Lucky Draw was 100% fair, transparent, and automated.

Problem:

Handling hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees involves messy paperwork, manual badge printing, and complicated payment tracking.

Solution:

We deployed our Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM) alongside an On-Demand Badge Printing system. Exhibitors managed booth rentals and payments online, while attendees printed their badges instantly upon arrival. Post-event, the system automatically sent Digital Certificates to session attendees.

We implemented a Full-Stack Resort PMS. This integrated room bookings with OTA Channel Management (Agoda/Booking.com) and added modules for POS systems, boat ticketing, and local transfers.
