When the customer asks to join the queue by using the independent kiosk, they need to choose their desired service such as billing, inquiries, technical support, and so on.
The CQMS assigns the customer to a specific queue according to the service they chosen. The customer will then get their queue number as either a softcopy (Whatsapp/SMS) or hardcopy (print out).
Once their turn has arrived, the customer will be called by the counter or get a notification through their SMS/Whatsapp.
Attendees obtain a queue number by using the self-service kiosk.
The assigned queue number is sent to the attendee’s phone through SMS or WhatsApp.
The attendee can use their waiting time effectively, such as for exploring the exhibition while waiting for their turn.
When it’s their turn, the attendee will receive a real-time automatic notification via SMS or WhatsApp.
